New York City - VERY high-priced Real Estate - no back alleys, or side-alleys; so can only heave the garbage out front for collection. Ah, The Big Apple.
D'you see the decal in the fire-truck's wind-shield ? "The Pride of Hell's Kitchen" ?
It's not from the fire-fighting, or, the cooking back at the fire-station - "Hell's Kitchen", in the old NYC Underworld, predominantly Irish-American, formerly existed in the Engine's coverage area. The Musical "West Side Story" came out of it. Like London's, the area is now gentrified, and home to money'd folk.

Hey Guy's, its my kinda town-but I wouldn't wanna live there. This photograph was taken on my first visit back in May, 2002. I should have gone on 29TH Sept, 2001, but(9-11-01) changed everything as you can imagine-need I say more!!!.
I've actually been twice now., and will go again before the old legs give in due to old age coming sooner then I expected, ('OH, IF ONLY I WAS YOUNGER').
