this vehicle has been purchased by a fellow member of the "fire vehicle preservation group, scotland" ian mycko, in september 2007, who, s looking after it very well and still looks as good as this "photie"

Was this the famous Perkins 510 V8 engine, which turned up in so many different fire appliances by Dennis, Dodge, ERF, Ford and Shelvoke too?
