Fastest buses in London, Rob! I put my hand out to hail one during a recent trip to London, but the driver just gave me a slightly sheepish smile!

YP I can remember a similar story told by one of the works drivers of someone mistaking an approaching Chubb Fire Pacesetter for I think a 237 bus on Staines Road, Feltham on route between our fire testing site and the factory.

I guess these were procured as much to meet new emissions rules that the previous vehicles didn't? Logically I can see a bus chassis makes sense in London, but it's not a looker! Also the trend of no lightbars is aesthetically depressing!
