went to Clwyd from Home Office store 1988. I think this is Deeside fire station.

Then preserved but had tail lift removed as in

picture 20780

It is now back in AFS green

Good to see another ex AFS Bedford being put to good use after the AFS was disbanded. Although quite a few were adopted by public and occasionally private fire brigades, it seems that out of the 2, 000 or so the great majority were sold overseas. Does anyone have any accurate records of their fate?
