Bern has ordered four of these, the first multiple order so far, I believe - although Berlin has expressed interest after a successful fist year with their prototype pumper, and has also ordered an all-electric Volvo logistics truck too. Other single pumpers have gone to Dubai, Amsterdam and Los Angeles and two aerials are also being built right now. Both Pierce and EONe have introduced prototype hybrid diesel-electric pumpers in the US, but so far only Rosenbauer has a fully electric unit available - although even this has a small BMW auxiliary diesel engine to re-charge the batteries if needed. (Apparently the Berlin unit has never needed this during a fifteen month trial period at three different fire stations.)
