TAS815T is a Dennis R131
If you look carefully theses two Dennis R series are different. The one to the rear has slamshut lockers even though they are a pair. Photo must have been taken in Nairn or Iverness I think in 1980s.

I am always saddened to see this series of Dennis vehicles, with their very crude grille treatment making them look like they had just crashed into a farm gate. I am pretty sure that the design team could have done something more like the quite attractive chrome T grilles on the old 1950s Commers for a very few quid extra...I know it would not have made them any better in terms of functionality, but a little more effort might have been nice.

i think you find they are R61s(Rolls Royce Engine) both cancelled Export Orders, WPO 43226 for TAS 515T, WPO 43237 for TAS 516T.
