The bag on the front bumper is to protect the front mounted pump from the weather. The portable pump is in the centre rear compartment where the PTO driven pump would otherwise be mounted. This variant did not have a water tank, and normally would respond to an incident second due, behind a TLF16/24 with a 2400 litre water tank. Like the LF16 it had a 1600 LPM pump and carried a crew of nine. This one was 4X4, which was very common, as these were oriented to be able to access rural open water sources if needed.
