It is a Volvo F7 cabin. All Hollmings had Volvo F7 cabins; two or three had sleepers, rest were without. First Hollmings were based on Volvos technique, later versions were with MAN tech. Primary reason for change was Volvo's power shortage.

This is actually very unsual truck. There isn't conventional chassis at all but the water tank itself is self supporting and acts like supporting frame of the vehicle.
