Malines (or Mechelen in Flemish) is a town with a population of around 85, 000 to the North of Brussels. It is where we used to have a factory building tracked APVs for NATO and armored bullion carriers for the Bank of Belgium - as well as some other specials, including Leyland 19 tonne GVW 8, 000 liter tankers for Belgian fire services.
The town has a very modern fire station and is protected by a combination full time and unpaid volunteer fire brigade, operating fourteen various units including two Unimogs.
