Landrover Series 3 LWB - Fire Appliance

I did not record any detail of this 1972 Rochdale registered vehicle which was seen at the Banbury Steam Rally, Bloxham, Oxfordshire, England in June 1997.
The writing on the rear offside says GMC Fire Service. Maybe a viewer can provide some details or history of this appliance.

I have read that greater Manchester council used low height landrover appliances for fires in multi story car parks

CDK 800L there is some suggestion this served Rochdale and that it has a Branbridge body like other low profile shopping centre appliances of this era. Does anybody know? Wolves one below:

It served with Rochdale Fire Brigade then Greater Manchester. It was recently up for sale and offered to the fire ground museum in Rochdale. They didn't have any space for it.
