Argentinian volunteer fire companies still buy a lot of both American and European fire trucks, and mixed fleets in the same fire company are very common.

When this was acquired, there was obviously an effort to build a US-style pumper-tanker body on a European chassis. Mid mounted pump, no side lockers, no overhead ladder gantries.

Rob do you know anything about the Q2 type sirens I see on south American fire trucks? They are mostly painted red.
