The manufacturer is FWD - now a part of Oshkosh

Wrong, FWD Corp. acquired Seagrave in 1963, FWD then became a division of FWD/Seagrave Corp., manufacturing of non fire chassis and special order fire chassis were available through 1980s, since early 1990s FWD has been an inactive brand under Seagrave Fire Apparatus, INC.
Recently Seagrave has started building AWD chassis again: see Unified Fire Authority, Salt Lake Co., UTAH.
OSHKOSH is well-known as the owner of Pierce.

Further research would indicate that this is a 1961 with a 65 ft. Pitman Snorkel, orig. Wyoming, MI.
