Beside this LFB also owns Volvo command unit. Between do this new command unit replace the older command pod which is carried by the Volvo FL6 prime mover?

Yes the new CSUs will be replacing the Volvo prime mover and command pods, as well as the large Brigade Command Unit coach at headquarters. However, many of them will be based at different locations from the current command units.

Why so many? I recently saw a video of a fire in (or near) Fleet Street and three of these turned out! Two apparently returned to quarters as soon as they arrived on scene.
