This looks like a rescue or hazmat rig. Anyone know what an Indianapolis "tactical" unit is designed to do?

They have a coverage area larger than Chicago, despite having only a third of the population.

So its not surprising that each of the seven battalions has a rescue. In addition, and station 28 houses several specials - similar to FDNY's Roosevelt Island Special Ops station.
