Nice to see the gear stick attached, it was prone to come away in your hand while bombing along the A259 coast road, or the A27 with your foot hard down and hoping to maybe with abit of luck reach 50 or 60mph.'Oh yea', its lost its ladder on more then one occasion to, but thats another story.

What I didn't realise until I saw this, was that although it's a two door design, the front windows still open, I know these old machines get pretty warm in the cab, so I bet the extra ventilation was welcome!

We use to get these at Chichester when are beloved Dennis F8, was called to Workshops, you needed to
keep the revs up, also I seem to remember a lot of noise from the front tyres when getting a move on, a world apart from a Dennis/Rolls, 4554 PX Ex East Preston was a regular spare.
