Yes, it is a rather ancient Skoda, with a quite stylish body for that period. Like contemporary Russian pumpers, it has a lift up panel to access the rear mounted pump. Unlike those, the builder saw no reason to fit it with a window.

These had an eight man cab, and I believe the pump was a 1600 LPM unit with a water tank around 2000 liters. Most of them had the roof monitor near the rear end, and they do not ever seem to have carried much in the way of ground ladders.

The other unit is a 4X4 version of the standard Czech light pump, which used to be everywhere, but I have never been able to identify its brand....

In addition to these two types, the first response to most fires usually included a Tatra tandem axle water tender, with a two or three man crew. These are illustrated on this site.

The light pump was also made by Tatra. It carried a portable pump and had no tank. The body had a single bench seat, bringing the total crew accommodations to a total of five.

The big 6X6 Tatra water tenders carried 6, 000 liters and had a 3, 200 LPM pump, but no crew cab...
