This fire engine looks like a old Dutch appliance ?? Can you confirm that ???

What is the 'thing' on the roof which look like a pot? Is that a stem light? I have an obsession on it&love to see fire appliances equipped with it.

It is an Italian OM, which became a division of FIAT, then evolved into IVECO, which also included Magirus, who sold a small number with their badges as fire appliances. The thing on the roof is indeed a mast light, providing 360 degree illumination at an incident scene. It could easily have been originally supplied to the Netherlands, and I actually saw one of these at the Amsterdam commercial motor show in the seventies. It could originally have been a light pumper or light rescue squad, and subsequently modified for a water rescue role. It is now equipped to tow a boat trailer.
