American LaFrance platform 2 Fairbanks AK
Platform 2 Fairbanks Fire department Alaska. This unit 2 is a 100 feet (30 metres) American LaFrance. The platform is based at the main fire station in Fairbanks. License plate XYC 219
When I was at the main station the female fire fighter who was assigned to this platform passed me and my guide and...... just drove of. Apparently she didn't had a nice day because with out any comment she drove out of the station and was gone.
Luckily my guide told me she was obviously gone to the other fire station in town to do some exercising with the platform.
At this other station I found platform 2 and the grumpy female fire fighter. But hey.... I got the picture :-)
