Hilmy; are you sure these units are by AVP engineering - as I saw a couple of BMC Chassis being fabricated into tenders by CME Engineering.

Ha ha... well that answers that question. Do you have any idea of who CME's BMC Tenders went to. And why were BMC chassis chosen - as the cabs seem quite small compared to Scania's & Volvo's.

Hi Hhilmy can you tell me the AVP engineering website? I am interested to know about it.
Actually CME bought the BMC chassis for their prototype.For the tender of 200 unit, they are using MB Atego chassis not BMC.This fire tenders classified as a LFRT (Light fire rescue tender)only BMC & MB Atego meet the specs.Volvo & Scania chassis classified as a FRT (Fire rescue tender)
