Range Rover Carm Lancs/GMC RT PTJ 698Mmid 1980s Duxford fire engine rally - to quote from recent post here from Simon Rowley on
picture 21044 - this was new to the Lancashire County Fire Brigade in 1973 and almost immediately passed to the Greater Manchester Fire Service in 1974. It was classed as an ERT and served at Eccles. (It originally had a white bonnet)
When it came out of service in 1983 it was purchased by SEC Fire Protection of Enfield, Middlesex owned by Pete Edwards.... About 1994 it was sold through Marston Motor Auctions and it has since disappeared without trace unless of course anyone knows differently. Where is it now?
