Olney fire station
The northernmost fire station in Buckinghamshire is in the market town of Olney, just a couple of miles from Three Counties Wood, which straddles the border with Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. It is retained crewed and despite being a two-bay station is currently home to only one appliance, an ERF rescue pump. In this busy scene at the open day on 31st July 2010, Great Holm's Quint is on the forecourt and a locally-preserved Commer can be seen in the bay.

That`s the Quint, a stretched pump that also has a Turntable ladder on it. It doesn`t seem to be very successful as it appears to be off the run more than it`s on the run. Bucks have ordered a new conventional TL on a scania chassis with a metz ladder, due for delivery this year.
