A brilliant concept to mount the four door crew cab ahead of the front axle. It makes for a low height and a shorter wheelbase, which improves manuverability. This is really important in many Japanese cities. It also looks as if it probably has a third axle which steers, which is quite common on 3 axle trucks in many countries now. By the way, Japanese fire services normally put a four or five man crew on TTLs, just like in the US and Canada. Useful amount of locker space, too.
