what is the orange thing in the first locker

I can confirm this is ex-Normanshurst, and as Richard said this is soon moving to Debenham as a normal WRT, Stradbroke are to receive KP58 NGB from Newmarket

The Orange thing in the front locker is a 2 piece basket stretcher.
