Fire Engines Photos

Interesting to see Hose Tenders, still in deployment - in these days of multiple-function fire engines, and minimum crews, for the budget.
Appears to be Large Diameter Hose - to provide a big water-supply at the fire-scene - does it respond with a large-capacity Pumper Engine ?
