This HP would have been on the run as a reserve at the time being 18 years old! The body work was modified by workshops blanking off and soundproofing the rear crew cab and rebuilding the rear bodywork. In the mid 2000's London suffered without replacement machines for quite some time hence a number of the 1986/7 Dodge Locomotors/Saxon Pumps remained on the run as reserves, some in quite deplorable condition.
