Photo taken Sunday the 18th April 2010 at the Sandbach Transport Festival, Cheshire. The 1954 Dennis F1 pump reg no NED 146, new to Joseph Crosfield works fire brigade Warrington and now owned by Cheshire Fire & Rescue Service Heritage Group and driven by....yours truly. Present mileage 9000

Nice little appliance, but I am a bit surprised that people were still buying these old fashioned open cab pumps as late as 1954! This was a full five years after the fully enclosed F7 was introduced...
