Mack...City Service Ladder Truck ? I can't make out any pump fittings....is that the Gas Tank(Petrol Tank) right behind the Driver and Officer?

It is a city service ladder truck, a cheaper alternative to the areial, for smaller fire departments. It carries ground ladders and miscellaneous equipment, but no pump, hoses, water or booster reel. The oversized flagon is in fact the gas tank.
