Guam Fire Department's Grumman Tigercat E1

1990 Grumman Tigercat as Engine Company 1 from the Guam Fire Department.
E1 is stationed at Tamuning fire station.
Guam is an US territory in the Northern part of the Pacific Ocean.
Have 12 fire stations and 2 rescue bases, besides the airport the US armed forces also have their fire stations.

It looks like protective screening over the radiator grille
and front bumper ?

I had a better look at my photo and it's just the reflection of the lawn in the very shining grille.
