Bedford S Breathing apparatus tender BAT

taken Lancaster Circus Queensway Birmingham 1974/5. It has just past to West Midlands FS. I manager to make a model of this using the Dinky Bedford S TL chassis. I guess this may be Wilsdon bodywork as well, as the company was local to the West Midlands.

TOM 781. Yes Peter, it's Wilsdon Bodywork. Wonderful period photo showing a fine example of one of WuMPTE's Bustle rear engine Fleetline Double Deckers. Whatever happened to this and WOX 841, Bedford SB/Wilsdon FoT?

Strange idea to have such a long wheelbase chassis - this must have had a very wide turning circle!
