AEC Mercury 7 at Bohemia Road.

This was also taken around 1980 and finished the line up at Hasting. It was a borough machine of 1968 and the in 74 became East Sussex. It spent all it life in Hastings and was replaced by an M.A.N Metz in 1990. It is interesting to note that the 3 borough brigades, Brighton, Estbourne and hastings all bought new TL's in 1967/8 a Bedford, AEC Mercury and this Mercury 7 all with Merryweather 100ft TL's. GDY is still alive and well living in the north east.
