This is on loan long term for the Incident Command (Practical) sessions of the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service Supervisory Management Programme. They run the practical parts of the Incident Command input at two location, Gullane and Kilmarnock, this is to minimise travelling for the SMP candidates from the 8 brigades, they attend the nearer of the two centres.

remember using this pump when I was at Gullane 3 years ago for my basic training prior to going on the run. much preferred this one to the one we christened smoky joe which we always seemed to get more than the others.

cheers for that Andy, BTW do you happen to have any photos of the D reg Volvo TL L&B used to have?. Was at stores the other week ( minus my camera again ) and noticed it outside the workshops prior to de-com.

No sorry not of my own, seen pass me a few times when walking to lectures but never had my camera when it's been on the run for Tollcross, it is getting on in age probably being pushed out by the CARP's, but I'm sure there are photos out there somewhere
