Yes Steve it has.It has been resprayed and overhauled with a view of going back into service,along with SA52 FKO.

Hi Steve,its just the same. Actually heard from a good source that it is going back to its former station TO2 Maryhill. It will be dual manned, which means it wont have a dedicated crew, it will be crewed by personnel from either the stations first or second ,which ever appliance it gets turned out with, probably means every watch will have to run with three drivers the way the TSU and HRV are operated.

Haven't heard regards other alp, saw Clydebank arp in training school the other day.I didn't realise it was away from its home station

This ALP now at Oban and the Scania ALP is at Johnstone

I have read somewhere that the alp at Oban is only there during the summer months to have height cover during summer holidays, this may have something to with a hotel fire sometime time ago.
