Engine 23-5 is a 2006 Pierce Dash Pumper with a 1250 GPM pump with 1000 gallons of water and 50 gallons of foam. Notice the alternate hydrant intake on the front bumper, as well as 1.5 inch "tash lines" used for nuisance fires. This pumper is on the run with the Minquas Fire Company of Newport, DE. The company takes it name from the indian tribe who inhabited the area before British colonists settled here.
