Dublin Airport Authority Fire Service Dennis R11
This is a 2002 Dennis Sabre Class "B" Warer/Rescue/Ladder Domestic Tender with a Cummins 8370 litre Euro 3, 295 BHP engine.
It carries 1800 litres of water, 110 litres of foam and has it's own built-in foam production system. OIt was built by Browns Lisburn, Northern Ireland. It has 13.5m 10.5m and 5.5m ladders, a full range of rescue eqiupment including a thermal imaging camera. R9 is also equipped with an Automatic External Defibrillator and an ambulance kit for response to serious medical emergencies if the ambulance is busy on another call.
