Yes, PCJ 14 is indeed a Bedford A5S/Miles, (yes, I know it looks like a J, but it's an A5S) that was new to Herefordshire, and passed from them to Rank-Xerox. The Leyland is a 1938 FK6 that was new to Caerphilly, and passed to Glamorgan in 1948.

Adam, this is a choice photo of two fabulous machines, I think the ladder on the Bedford is a ring-in, but hey, who cares!!

Ian is right. I used to own it. I sold it on to Vince Fox in 1997

I bought it from Rank Xerox in about 1982 for £180 + vat complete with Bailey wooden ladder and a fair amount of kit.
I drove many trouble free miles going all over the country to show's.I have pictures of the day picked her up.
