This is an interesting one, in that whilst it looks for all the world like a Bedford J, it is actually on the A5S chassis.

I purchased PCJ 14 from the factory in the forest of Dean in 1982 and drove her back to Swindon with no problems. I think I paid £180 or just over. Went to many shows and open days with her. I have a few pictures taken on the day I picked her up.
Brilliant, I remember her well, my first ever shout was to Ross on wye grammar school in this appliance, used to be at Whitchurch fire stn in the old Herefordshire fire brigade, brilliant picture.
