what is this van for?

Added by Michael Ludlow on 29 August 2008.
According to the fire brigade handbook 2007, its a PCV personnel carrying vehicle at N Div Headquarters which is Motherwell, but i dont know if it is still there now?

Would suggest that its a general purpose minibus...used for ferrying staff about.

All the above is correct as far as I know. And is still based at Motherwell. It was used to carry members of the fire service to an event in the York area when photographed and was parked up over night in York station yard.
