taken 20th June 1982 at Wrexham FS. Not entirely clear why it was there - see picture 16401. Now in British Commercial Vehicle Museum.

This is alan greenwoods surrey TL from Wimbledon its an Albion

you're half right, it is an Albion with a Merryweather ladder however Petros is right it is the ex Barking TL JEV 802 now in the BCVM at Leyland. Alans is CPE 218.

It used to belong to Ron Bradley, a retained firefighter from Cheshire. That's perhaps why it was at Wrexham
