It's 3599 Barrie, dating from 1952.

When I saw this piece in Oct 2011 the comment was that it became too hot to finish a parade. Here's an explanation. I hope they have fixed the problem. Rebuilding the engine water pump. www.dennisfire.co.uk/p23.htm
