Great photo. Do you know how many aerial ladder trucks Kent have in their fleet?

Added by Danny Chatfield on 30 November 2010.
Danny, Kent operate 3 ALP's

GK52 VWN from Thanet (FNo 194)
GK53 GLF from Tunbridge Wells (FNo 195)
GK53 GLJ from Medway (FNo 196)

All are Scania P114 chassis by Angloco with Bronto Booms.

Doesn't Tunbridge Wells have a Mercedes Econic ALP with Bronto Booms?

Added by Michael William Earith on 16 July 2023.
Michael Earith, Kent currently, (18/07/2023), only have 3 Aerial appliances. These are Mercedes Econic/Emergency One/Magirus TL's. GN15DMV, (190), at Canterbury. GN15DMX, (192), at Ashford. And GN15DMY, (193), at Maidstone. Tunbridge Wells had the illfated CARP that was very seldom on the run and was sold to Cleveland, who rolled it.

Michael, Tunbridge Wells now have 2 Pumps, a hose laying lorry and a 4x4 which tows an ATV. The ALP went some years ago.
