Works Fire brigade Oiltanking Antwerpen DAF

The port of Antwerpen (Belgium) covers a large area. Within this area there are many industrial fire brigades; one of them being Oiltanking. This DAF FA95ATI360 with an Ansul-van Eccelpoel bodywork is a foam/water tanker. It contains 16000 litres of water/foam. It was built in 1990 but the brigade got it in 2004.

It's quite a long time-14 years to wait for this appliance to be in service.Pity the Antwerpen FB.Our Brunei Fire and Rescue Department (BFRD) aquired a Mitsubishi Fuso FM Water Tanker (WRT) which is built by GHK truck assembly. It is built in 4 months time-fastest building record for BFRD.After 4 months of building the WRT is commisioned into service by July 2006 with Belait fire station (my hometown fire station).
