Enclosed Top-Mount Pumper, I think; Pump Operator is inside the rectangular, window'd compartment aft of the Raised Roof Crew Compartment.

The Side Inlet and Discharge Connections are protected by a Roll-Up Door.

Both are great ideas for the snow and freezing temperatures, of the Quebec winters.
