This is a Toyota HiLux 2.4 DSL from the Alphen aan den Rijn fire brigade. It came into service in 1997. There are plans to rebuilt this vehicle. In the new situation this vehicle will be transporting a boat.

No surprise here! The HiLux 4X4 is a uniquely tough and durable vehicle, and practically unbreakable. We sold thousands to oil companies and oilfield supply and support organizations for desert duties in Kuwait. They would go almost anywhere and lasted for decades even under the most extreme operating off-road conditions and 40 degree heat.
