I think you'll find it's a ex military Mk.3 acco. Not a 1610A.
Love the photo though!
We3 ran these in several brigades in tasmania and to this day their unstoppable off road abilities are sorely missed.

we had an old acco like the one above in use until only about 3 years ago and unstoppable was how the brigade that operated it described it as well,unfortunately with all the hills around us they got rid of it as soon as they could because of its very very poor brakes especially when loaded with water turning out to a fire.
