This is Sudbury's second appliance (P29 PDX), a Volvo FL6 14 appliance, mounted on an Excalibur chassis. Sudbury is a large industrial town and is the only 2 pump retained station in Suffolk.

Sudbury's Water carrier can be seen behind the appliance.
