Great shot.
Obviously, the Volunteers are keeping their rig looking good.
Let's see; the air-horns, and electonic syren speakers are in the front bumper[fender], down at ground-level. and with a mechanical syren mounted just below windshield.
Great audibility, but awfully hard on any pedestrians nearby...
