North Yorkshire Community Safety Vehicle

YJ56 FPA. Converted Mercedes Benz Sprinter van. Community Safety Vehicle (CSV). One of eight purchased by North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service, based at day crewed stations. Crewed by two people, equipted with fire safety gear including mobile speed matrix. These vehicles also attend shows, galas and fetes as well as going out fitting smoke alarms. They have two BA sets, small water tank with high pressure fire fighting jet and limited RTA rescue gear. This is carried incase they come across a incident or an incident occurs close to where they are. ( Sorry for the poor picture )
