I guess it belongs to one of the Chinese volunteer units. So is there no government FD in Binondo Paco?

Fire995, Binondo paco is the name of the group. Binondo and paco are 2 different areas. The group happens to have Fire trucks located in Paco and Binondo. and Yes, there are gov't Fire dept here in Binondo
