A typical 1970s to 1980s Isuzu Snorkel Truck. Chassis is Isuzu while the Snorkel made is unknown. Formerly operated by Japanese FD now it was displayed in the FD museum.

I am trying to find out what the Yellow Box is with Japanese Characters is for on the roof between the red beacon and siren/speaker? I notice it on most Japanese fire engines actually.
