This is crowboroughs old appliance being used at brighton due to the fireworks fire where brightons appliances where written off.

When new this appliance was allocated to Roedean (Brighton's eastern station. It then moved to Barcombe where it served for 6 years, t then moved to Crowborough as there second appliance, and then to Brighton as said. it is currently used as the youth life course appliance and is out of operational service.
